Has anybody had respiratory depression from Ativan or am I just freaking myself out?

My breathing is shallow I take .5mg of Ativan every 8hr while my 50mg of Zoloft is working into my system. It makes me feel great on my first dose but my second dose for the past two days I have freaked myself out can anyone relate? Im a little light-headed but that’s pretty normal for Zoloft so I think.
