Today I actually slept for 10hr from 2pm to 12am which is the longest I’ve slept all week( been sleeping like 4hr a day) and I started feeling the panic and instead of going to the ER I went on a walk! Walked almost 2miles there and back and felt great! It’s the first time I’ve done anything active in a couple weeks! I’m hoping I can try to stay up but Ik there’s gonna be highs and lows. I also ate a full meal this morning!! Just a bit of appreciation to this subreddit for all the people who help!
