can't focus anymore feel like I'm losing my mind

I can't stop having panic attacks about the sun killing us all in this generation. I need help putting these to rest and I feel like my therapist doesn't pay enough attention to how scared I've been. I've got agoraphobic tendencies, I don't leave my home for days at a time, and I can't get a job because of this. I don't know what to do anymore and I'm losing my mind being stuck in this place. Can anyone please help me
