I’m having a really bad panic attack. It’s 2:09 am and I can’t sleep. I’m petrified and I’m freaking out and I don’t know why. My parents won’t take me to the doctor if I begged them. Can anyone give me some solutions I can do at home that are low-profile? I’m a 16M and I’ve been suffering for around 10 years. Breathing patterns and counting don’t help. I’ve asked other subreddits but no one is replying. I need help please. I’m dying.
