I just really want to know your opinions and suggestions. I am a Physical Therapist pero when it comes to fitness side di ko siga forte. I started going to the gym last September pero hindi ganun ka-consistent dahil sobrang busy sa work (i know not an excuse po) and nagcovid positive ako 2 weeks ago. May coach naman and the usual work out na binibigay sa akin is circuit. I already told them naman na ang insecurity ko talaga is yung chest area ko chubby and may "manboobs" ever since bata ako insecurity ko na talaga siya and sabi ko rin na i want to get rid of it kaso parant hindi specific for that ang binibigay. I also in a no rice diet and nagfafasting ako atleast 2x a week. I plan on ordering online ng weight set. Will dumbbell exercises that focuses on the chest will help?. Minsan po kasi nakakatamad pumunta sa gym na yun dahil kahit 3x na ko nagsabi ng problem areas ko di pa rin nagbibigay ng exercises for that. Will try to tell them again later or may recommended gym po ba kayo near Bacoor na hindi ganun ka mahal? Salamat po
