Im planning to lose weight in 3-4months. Hopefully mga 5kgs. Huhu
I will try to do meal prep but i need some tips on what I can eat in between. Planning to do low carbs and focus with meat veggies. Im a big sweet tooth but im trying to avoid anything thats sweet kasi borderline diabetic na din HAHHA but what can i have na sweet pero healthy? :( HAHHAHAHAHA help please para di naman ako sad sa food ko.
Also im planning to join my jowa with crossfit pero to be honest its been years since last ko pasok sa gym so i have zero endurance. Haha so most probably wag muna ako sumali sa kanila noh? Baka maghihinalo ako.
Also paano magtrain sa running to get faster? Need lang mag treadmil noh para matrain. Gusto din kasi ng jowa ko sumali sa touch na game. (Parang football pero walang tackling, touch/tap lang)
Also ano ba basics ng gym?? Like diba alam ko need sabay ang arms-chest-back tas glutes-legs??
