Hello PHitness!
I will be a first time gym-goer hence the title and I just need some advice, recommendations on things to do, tips on workouts, routines to follow, what to do first, things to note, etc etc basically all the things to know since I am really clueless about this but I know na I should warm up and stretch before working out hehe 😁
I just started reading on how to not get nervous and anxious at the gym (because I just visited the gym branch earlier and best believe I felt the things mentioned above but I know naman na I need to start somewhere to overcome this)
I will be going to Gold’s Gym with the main target of losing weight, then tone my body afterwards. Planning to go every other day in the morning around 6am-ish. Need some guidance please? 😅🙏🏻
