Hello, just need your thoughts.
I just signed up sa AF and working out for 2 days na and I actually have a great time with just my cardio on a treadmill but I really wanted to rebuild muscle that I lost from when I was a cheerleader.
Treadmills and other cardio machines are my comfort zone but the weights intimidate me a lot.
I want to assess my strength earlier by using some machines but I just have no idea if I am using them right lol.
I tried to pick up dumbells earlier and noticed that I cannot lift 10kg like I used to. The heaviest I can loft is 5kg
My plan is to just actually build my stamina back via treadmills the whole January and by February, start doing weights and all.
As a newbie, how do you build a workout plan for this? What are the things that I need to know?
I don't want to do it just for aesthetic purposes, I really wanna bring back the strength that I lost during my youth lol.
