hello po, help me to make myself better hehe, How to achieve po yung 144g of Protein per day na hindi nalagpas sa 1900 calories? Do I really need to hit my protein as early as now?

Based po yan sa research ko, and sa website na nirecommend ni SmartFit. Newbie sa pag gym (2 weeks) and gusto ko magka shape and muscle. 5’2; 180lbs. 3-5/week nag g-gym. Di ko kasi afford mag coach kaya sariling research lang ginagawa ko. Hehe, thank youuu!
