I've reached my goal weight although relatively high ung gained fat ko compared sa muscle mass pero all in all, I think maganda naman kinalabasan ng bulking phase ko.
Will start cutting this week and yday, isa sa mga iniisip ko is how do I control hunger pangs since nasanay na ung body ko from high calorie diet for months gawa ng bulking.
Any advice sa mga currently nag ccut or for those who went from bulking to cutting din? TIA!
