I've been working out for 2 months now pero newbie pa din. Since day 1, madalas ako tinatanong ng coach ko if ramdam ko daw ba sa core. Eh hindi ko talaga alam pano ko mararamdaman. Pano ba talaga? When my face shows na nagwwonder, sasabihin na lang nya, "ah, basta pinapawisan ka naman" which is super tagaktak talaga every time. He told me naman na it's like stomach-in, pero nung ginawa ko yun one time, di naman ako humihinga. So, parang ang hirap gawin yung dalawang bagay nang sabay. Dko tuloy sure if liliit yung tummy ko if dko namam maramdaman sa core.
