How do you deal with body dysmorphia?

Hello! Recently and weird ng pagtingin ko sa body image ko. For context, I've been working out for almost 2 years na and im seeing progress naman like there are visible gains on my body and I've gotten a lot stronger both in and out of the gym.

Pero there are just days where I feel like my body looks not what I want it to look. I'm not opposed to being fat naman but sometimes tingin ko out of proportion yung katawan ko. Minsan naman i feel like im not bulky enough kasi im not training as often or as hard as i should. And there are days where i feel like my body is the SHIT like and sarap sarap ko ganon haha.

Sa mga matagal nang nagwoworkout dyan, how do you deal with these feelings? Have you had the same ones?
