I tried gym for the first time noong isang araw. I feel like I pushed myself too hard and now I can't straight my hands and my feet because its so painful. I'm kinda scared if I injured myself. Though hindi ko natapos 'yung nasa program ko kasi hindi ko matapos 'yung mga reps pero I feel like medyo nag ego lift ako. Mas masakit 'yung ngayon kaysa kahapon.
Do you guys have any suggestions about the fast recovery for this 'cause its really really painful that its so painful to even just walk the stairs.
