Finding motovation breaking bad habit

Hi all, lost 30 lbs but been at the same weight for about a month and a half. Started eating at night again but that is my worst enemy. Im losing the battle and getting into bad habits and gained 4lbs back. How do i get out of this slump? I dont want to go backwards. Any motivating/mindset tips?
Day time me is good and honest and tells myself not to eat at night. (Does great)
Night time me, screw day time guy eat now. (Then I cave and eat)
