I'm not yet diagnosed as osdd or did and i'm aware that there isn't just me but i have a couple questions. I haven't fully met any of my alters yet (which is okay they'll introduce themselves when they are ready) but i can occasionally hear one or two of them and when they're near the front i can hear what they're thinking and i'm aware of there being an inner world of some kind but i only get glimpses of it if any access at all, is there any way to improve that? For the most part except for one of them i never switch out fully, when one of us isn't internally influencing we are either co-fronting, co-con or blend does anyone else experience this? and if so do you have any advice on how to enable full switches?
