hello all! im trying to make a planner system for folks w CDDs. i love planners and journaling so i know what works/helps US, but i was wondering what yall like? so some questions! 1! do you currently use a planner/journal/notebook at the moment? how often? 2! if you dont: have you considered doing it before? if so, whats stopping you? 3! any current struggles with planning systems youve used? ik this is probably more. planner-y than any posts on here, but i specifically want to hear from other dissociative people/systems what works and doesnt for them.
