Going back to feeling worse

Hi. I was diagnosed with Ocd 2 months ago. In the last weeks i have felt a bit better but in the last days i am starting to feel worse again. With more intrusive thoughts and anxiety. I am taking 50 mg of Sentraline and half a pill of Lorazepam everyday. I am slowly reducing the Lorazepam. The last weekend i dind't took any Lorazepam and felt really good but the week after i have been feeling worse. Anybody has this kind of up and downs periods?
