I’m starting to look into meditation and mindfulness for anxiety and depression, though I’m not a stranger to it completely.
I loved headspace but I’m just too broke to pay for more subscriptions. Money is half the reason I’m in need of a way to calm my mind.
That and feeling like I’m not really worthy of anyone’s time/not interesting enough for people. If I could learn to re-route stressful thoughts related to this and better understand the core of myself, not the damaged, hurt person I’ve continued to build myself up as over the years, I would be so much happier. And I’m no stranger to the whole “hurt people attract hurt people” or “your vibe attracts your tribe” sayings. I hate the negativity in my head and I’m just tired of it. I don’t know really where to even start.
Truly, I would love to find someone who’s been down a similar path, someone to talk to who understands and can guide me in this journey some as well.
