Friday night I went to Between Friends Bar as a couple with a male friend, both very familiar with the venue as well as swinging. Whilst upstairs having all the good dirty fun, I was playing with somebody and in the bliss had closed my eyes, when I was kissed - it wasn’t who I was with, it was a woman I had never met or spoken to. I was in complete shock and said no thank you and she walked away. 5 or so minutes later, I felt extra hands caressing me - the silly little hedonist I am was relishing it in, before I realised, again, I did not know the other person touching me, nor had we ever spoken. Before I could say no, she kissed me. I again said no thank you and the woman looked at me with shock and confusion.

This is just a reminder - man or woman - being in a swingers environment or play setting DOES NOT give you blanket consent to do who you want with whoever you want!

I’m aware this was a newcomers night, but regardless, it’s not acceptable.

I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning to BF anytime soon after this which is real shame because I was so happy to have found such a wonderful purposeful venue.
