I am thinking about going to the Between Friends Newcomers Night on Feb 23, but I am anxious and have some questions.
Do people have there phones with them in the play area? I am a bit concerned about the possibility of being secretly filmed, and maybe it's a totally unreasonable fear...
Is it weird to go totally alone? I am 32/F/bi, confident enough to talk to strangers, but I'm a bit unsure about if it's common to go alone? It just seems like from what I've read online that everyone is couples, and single people go along to meet couples that they know or have arranged to meet. Is a single woman showing up not knowing anyone at all... normal? lol
Hopefully I have the guts to follow through this time! I've been lurking here for a few months but not quite able to rally the courage...
