23hp Generac quit mid-cut. Now it won't crank.

It's on a 52" Bobcat zero-turn mower. 17xx hours. Recently took it out of storage. Changed the oil, air filter, fuel filter and filled the hydro-pumps. Mowed fine last weekend. Got half done with my front this week and it sputtered, died and now won't crank. Battery has 12. 4 volts, seat pressure switch has been bypassed, all new fuses have been installed. Engine rotates freely at the shaft.
Any ideas? I need to mow my lawn! Thanks in advance.
