This is probably a dumb question. I just bought a 96 Camry to deliver pizzas in, and the guy who sold it to me just text me and told me that the oil hasn’t been changed in ~5k miles. I have to work the next 3 days, all day. Can I just add a bunch of new oil to tide me over till so can change it?
