Brake is spongy (2013 Subaru crosstrek)

Did old school bleed on the replacement of new front calipers. The farthest from the box that the 4 lines for brake fluid run. In my case rear RH rear LH front LH front RH. Am i missing something because my brakes are just not working at it’s full potential. It’s spongy and i have to pump it twice and it will finally brake. Pls help.
