Need help with routine

My current routine goes as this, chest, back, triceps and abs, biceps, shoulders, legs, rest. I've been in the gym lifting consistently for about 4 months now with this routine. I've hit a wall with my squat and bench. My fitness goals is to just get stronger, I don't care all that much about physique I just want to get stronger all around. What would you guys recommend as a split. I'm able to lift 7 days a week, and I'm young (18) and can recover quickly. I'm 5'11 170lbs, with about 12 percent body fat. Any help would be awesome.
