Joints popping and mid back pain

Not routine related but i haven’t been able to find a good answer and I was hoping someone might be able to help. College work is slowing down and I started lifting again. I noticed a lot of popping in my joints, especially in my hips and shoulders. Doing things like overhead dumbbell presses and scissor kicks will make my shoulders and hips pop. My joints aren’t cracking like someone cracking their fingers or neck it’s more of a snap or click that happens most reps. I do have an anterior pelvic tilt and slightly rounded shoulders I’m currently fixing. I’m not sure if that could be contributing to it. I also have had back pain after lifting for a few years. Its in the middle of my back around the bottom of my shoulder blades that’s slightly worse on my right side. I’m thinking it might be from constantly trying to push my shoulders back to get better posture and the extra back arching from the pelvic tilt. In high school I started lifting at practice for sports with zero form instruction. I did deadlifts horrible wrong for 3 months until I had an injury. I pulled my right shoulder blade out of place. I’m not sure if the back pain could also be from the I injury? Maybe there are some knots or built up scar tissue. Any help would be appreciated.
