I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask this but everyone on her seems really knowledgeable. A little back sorry, after graduating high school last year I lost 60lbs and started lifting heavily in January. Long story short from being that out of shape and inactive for so long I have TERRIBLE mobility and flexibility. I didn’t really know how bad it was until the start of this semester when I starting working out with someone on the floor that’s a power lifter. He pointed out a lot of things but my ankles are especially bad. Is there a good way to go about fixing this? Or areas that I should make sure I have good mobility?
