Post Body
So I am new to lifting period, I had ACL surgery in November and am looking to lose the dadbod...I have lost 23lbs so far just through better diet, I want to lose about 10-15 more around the belly and love handles. I also am looking to bulk up my chest and arms. That being said I need a guide in what to do and how many reps etc. I would get a personal trainer but I dont want to spend the money plus I dont like people generally! Lol, just tell me what to do! 43 yr old male, 5'8 216lbs for reference. TIA
