Hey gang, I'm a new brewer and I have some questions YouTube videos or Google can't seem to specifically answer.
Scoby question #1 - can I put e.g. a scoby that's been used in black tea to brew green tea and vice versa? Does the tea type matter here? Should they be kept separate?
Scoby question #2 - I've put the mini scobys I got from f2 into its own "flavored scoby Hotel". And the next time I do f2 with the same flavor, I can use this again, right? Plus the baby scoby from the hotel
What are the differences between brewing for personal use and brewing for commercial use? I'm planning on putting mine in cafes and farmer's markets
