Too much vinegar
Post Body
Hello, I am making my kombucha since this summer. In the last weeks I cannot drink it anymore as it gets too much vinegard in it. Even if I dilute with water, or add sure when drink it, it is still too strong. Is there anything I can do to have a more soft taste? When I make it I use black tea, with around 50-60g sugar per liter, 20% of the volume comes from the previous kombucha and I leave it ferment it 10 days at room temperature. Thanks in advance for your advices.
