Want to start knees over toes..

I was wondering what would be acceptable for a beginner. I’ve been having pain in my knees,hamstrings, and lower back for as long as I can remember. I want to start incorporating some exercises daily, but also want to know what’s the safe way of doing this. Would I be able to do my regular workouts along with the kneesovertoes exercises? Thanks!
