Hi, everyone. I recently found the channel and saw many videos talking about bulleting the lower back.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford the ATG program at the moment so I am thinking about getting the "Knee Ability Zero" book since I heard people say it is the foundation of the program.
I sit on the computer a lot and don't particularly have any knees problem, but I have quite an issue with my lower back that I can't sit for very long.
So I am wondering if this book is for me or I should get the program instead. Thank you.
Split squats, elephant walks, couch stretch, and L sits have done wonders for my lower back
