I just played basketball and after a hard step I felt intense lower back pain, and had to sit down for a minute. It felt as if my lower back couldn't support the weight of my upper body and gave in. I had similar issues in the past but this time it's quite intense. I've been doing some excersizes from KOT program like back extensions, Jeferson curls etc. Which feelt like they strenghten it but I've been also experiencing some inflammation in my lower back from the excersizes before the injury.
Does anybody recommend any additional excersizes for the lower back or an expert on lower back like Ben Patrick is for knees?
I would appreciate your feedback, thx!
Atg split squat, couch stretch, back extensions, seated good morning, and Jefferson curl/elephant walk
