Trouble getting up from the floor.

Post Body
I am a 62-year-old man who still tries to stay active and get exercise. My biggest problem is getting up from the floor due to weakness and pain in the knees. I have tried Knee ability zero, squats, few different things and what seems to happen is it makes my knees even more sore and fatigued. Has anybody dealt with this or does anybody have any suggestions? Thank you.
