My knees bend back
Post Body

Hey there, I know this was probably just the way I was built, but my knees seem to really hyperextend. Noticing it more when I see tennis opponents in a classical knee bent position which is a bit of work for me. I find it difficult to do a normal squat and have Achilles tendinopathy in both ankles. Can I do anything to change? Does the hypertension lead to Achilles issue? Thanks in advance for any input!
