Im going through a divorce right now. My ex is freaking out because I’m seeing someone new and has turned an amicable divorce hostile. I checked my email this morning and I got an email that gave me a link to get into my Instagram. I changed all my passwords when we divorced and I have two-factor authentication on my account. I’m also fairly inactive on all my accounts and I practice internet safety to the best degree that I can so I’m worried that my ex is behind trying to get into my accounts. I’m having a panic attack and idk what to do other than continue to monitor my email. What can I do to protect myself in this situation?
