Question about "Mapping Your Parts" Exercise from No Bad Parts
Post Body

Pretty new, have read No Bad Parts a couple times, and I started the exercises just yesterday.

I just did some stress eating, so as I begin the "Mapping Your Parts" exercise, where it asks me to find a part to start with, with that part. So I have the sensations of over fullness, disgust, self hatred, and I'm telling myself I'm lazy and have no will power, and am fat.

Here's my question. Are there two parts here - the part that's compelling me to eat, and a second part that is trying to manage that part, or the situation, by whipping me into shape "You're lazy, you're fat, etc." Or could it be all one part?

Thanks.
