I'll never look the way I want to, neither will I ever fit beauty standards, but I also could say that about many other men, right? Yes I could. But I seem to be affected too much by it, way more than others. Avoiding mirrors (or sometimes even crying when I look at one), not taking photos, everytime I look at a woman or when I'm talking to them my mind gets full of the same thoughts about how I'm discusting-looking. I can't imagine any woman being attracted to me, I don't have any physically desirable qualities.
I'm asking for advice on this, because I think that if I solve this problem, I can get my incel days behind me. Hell, not having a girlfriend and not even having my first kiss don't even bother me as much as being genetic inferior.
