The stigma of being single for men

Post Body

Is there a feeling that having a girlfriend and losing your virginity is something that every man must do and if you don't do achieve this you are a pathetic loser who has something seriously wrong with you. Does this attitude exist from a young age. I remember in school when I was 14 someone was having a go at me in various ways and he asked me how many girlfriends I had. I was honest and said none so far and used this against me. To suggest there is something wrong because you haven't had a girlfriend at 14 was absurd. If men are expected to have girlfriends and not be virgins and there is a stigma if you fail to achieve this, does this attitude create incels among men who can't find girlfriends.

Are women who can't find partners and have no sexual experience not subject to the same stigma as men and are not seen as losers.
