Hey all, I am just now discovering at 24 years old that I am extremely hyper mobile. I have always had tendinitis issues, and now can confidently say that I believe that most are caused because my joints are very hypermobile. I am so tired of tendinitis coming back. I have tendinitis in my arms again, even though I thought I recovered from bilateral tennis elbow last year :( Does anyone have advice for strengthening exercises, diet plans, supplements, or anything that could help me out as I navigate how to deal with these issues? Thank you.
