hey there, first post here! i’m curious what y’all do as an alternative to stretching

i practice yoga (very mindfully, i’m certified to teach and very conscious of hyper-extension and putting too much weight in my joints when my muscles get tired) but sometimes being mindful isn’t enough.
i’m getting back into strength training to help with my symptoms and overall quality of life and the muscle soreness is next level.
i also have PoTs and haven’t been officially diagnosed with a specific hyper-mobility disorder, just an unspecified connective tissue disorder.
