Hugo is a super deflationary decentralized cryptocurrency. Super deflationary meaning that the supply is in constant decay. Every time a transaction happens, 2% of that transaction is taken out. 1% is burned and 1% is distributed to all Hugo Holders. This increases the scarcity of Hugo with every transaction. Hugo will be used as a governance token for a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) run by the community.
