Did anyone else notice how different the editing of this episode was during the dinner service? When Gordon was talking to the chefs there was no music, it focused more on everyone, and it felt more like some of the wayyyy earlier seasons of Hell's Kitchen.
I enjoyed the slight deviation from the more catastrophic nature of the show since it blew into popularity. I want to watch a show about cooking and chefs going all out for Gordon, not this high tension, explosions everywhere sort of editing that they've done in the more recent past.
