Who really has the best palate in HK history?

Of course, Justin (S10) was the first to ever get a perfect 4/4 score, and since then, we've seen chefs get everything correct (I think Milly did in S17, but the ingredients were much easier, in my opinion). We've also seen curveballs get through at the chefs that change the dynamics of the taste test. Some chefs have had to eat baby food rather than the actual ingredients, for example.

In your opinion, all things considered, who has the best palate? Is it still Justin from Season 10? Wendy from Season 16? Milly from Seasons 14 and 17? Someone else?
