For me, it's gotta be the first black jacket service of Season 13 where it was Ramsay, James, and Andi vs. the black jackets.

I always find it a treat to see Ramsay on the line. He does it with a calmness and composure that often seems lost on the current competitors. On top of that, his communication with Andi and James was consistent, calm, and direct, which led to a pretty smooth dinner service overall. I enjoyed them switching it up and letting Ramsay and the sous chefs show just not seamless a dinner service in Hell's Kitchen can be. Now, is some of that partially due to editing? Likely, but I liked that service nonetheless.
