New and needing help with elliptical

I'm a total elliptical fanboy and I can admit that but I'm in need of some advice.

What I'm doing now:

60 min Strength Training 6x per week (Push Pull Legs X2)

30 min Cardio 6x per week (3or4 days HIIT 3or4 LISS)

HIIT: 1:15min max effort 1:45 min

Am I doing too much? Do my HIIT charts look right
