Folks who are running an AC greenhouse fan off of a solar panel. Did you find it necessary to incorporate a battery and solar controller? It seems like I would only need it to run when the sun is shining on it, and was thinking about just going solar panel > inverter > thermostat > fan.

I’d utilize passive intake vents and a couple automatic window openers. Would love to hear about people’s experiences with this.
