How can I lower my calories?

I'm 39 year old male 5'8" tall at 160lb and I've dropped 14lb in just over 9 week. I'm aiming to drop to 150lb but my weight loss as stalled. I am currently eating around 1400 calories and I lift weights 5 days per week. I put weight on really easily. How can I reduce my calories further without compromising my protein and fat intake?
