Did a cut in the spring/summer but realized I probably lost any muscle I’d put on…. Started working out in a gym in November as opposed to at home, which I think has helped a lot. Did a recomp/bulk last winter which was good, trying to repeat now but am paranoid about putting on fat, since I carry a good bit already… goals are aesthetic / looks based ngl
Any thoughts are appreciated :)
