How do you correct forefoot supinatus?
Post Body

I’ve been barefoot running and walking exclusively for two years now. My feet are a lot better and can run for miles with no pain. However, I still have slight forefoot supinatus in both feet (when I stand I have arches, it’s flexible) but the lateral edge of my foot feels tighter than the medial edge and my metatarsals could be more splayed. I can flex and manipulate my foot into a proper shape so it’s likely a ligament flexibility issue. Does anyone know how to treat this condition? Thanks!
