Starting a new routine (LULUL) focused on i) muscle growth, ii) but not bulking because I'm trying to burn some fat, and iii) targeting legs, which are my weakest muscles. How should I include abs and cardio in my routine?
Post Body

I've heard that if you do cardio the day you train legs, it'll prevent you from growing them. Any truth in that? I've thought about the following:

- Day 1: lower (quads/glutes) abs

- Day 2: upper (chest-shoulders-triceps) cardio

- Day 3: lower (glutes) cardio abs

- Day 4: upper (back, delts, biceps) cardio

- Day 5: lower (harms, glutes) abs

What do you think? In the past 2 months, I've had amazing results by doing cardio every time I hit the gym (between 3 and 5 times x week), I'm 32 and my abs are already showing, so I'm a bit afraid that if I do less cardio, I'll get a bit fatty again. What do you think?
